The video features the up and coming pieces that will be available this Fall. There is nothing short of sick as you get a quick glimpse of the dope pieces featured in the video. Presentation has always been a principal element when displaying anything to people , and the guys at 3 sixteen seem to have this down packed. My good friend Jon Mardani from Montreal stated this on his first perception of the video “The presentation from the jazz, location of New York City, just captivating the way they’re doing it“. The previous video of Spring 2009 collection pretty much hit everyone off guard and this one is even better.

Just by chance we had the great opportunity to pass through the 3sixteen office after a long day of classes. This is where we first saw the video and was completely speechless on the production and overall presentation. We all discussed how brands really miss out on fully presenting their seasons with a full arsenal of things to portray to the people ”You NEED to buy this”. The video itself did just that. It was definitely a time well spent down in the area as we hit up other shops around.
For the individuals who are somewhat still unfamiliar with the brand it is headed by Andrew Chen. He was interviewed by Corduroy Magazine which is a recommended read. To read the full interview click here . Previously we had discussed the past image of the brand from its predominant street wear influence to where they are at now. The thing that attaches me to a brand is their constant struggle and hustle to do what they feel is right.

I have recently found myself very annoyed with the little effort a lot of brands are putting into the presentation of their collections. When you work real hard on a product, the presentation should come just as hard..Many people let their products speak for itself and never really present it in a way for people to actually to actually “see” it and retain it. I really love this video shoot..its painting a lifestyle and showing the pieces and preparation in action. Kudos to Andrew and his 3sixteen movement.. real kool dude btw
Great video, fall collection looks flawless. I think the music selection was a great choice, complimenting the clothing fall collection with ease. With earth tones coming into season I think they made smart choices with the color palette. The collection all looks very natural, it looked great on the models and it didn’t look like they were “trying” hard to pull the items off. A very smart and warm looking collection for the fall, just what we need.
Atillia you bring up some great points in your post. Some brands models look forced and contrived compared to other brands. Definitetly a must cop for

the music is what got me…it put me in the right mood and reallly set up the atmosphere. Along with nice clothing, this video was top notch.
Im loving the change these dudes did.. man.. im so amped to cop some clothes from them they put in hard wor it seems… im loving it.
