JKISSI : It has been quite some time since we last did a daily snaps edition. The “spring arrives” the title explains it all we are finally past the cold weather. New York City was flooded with people from morning to the late night. With all seriousness and very little exaggeration this past winter felt like it spanned a whole year. Just the simple prediction of a hot weekend had people all over the city hitting the pavement. Finally it’s safe to say throw the gloves, scarves and everything associated with the cold back in your closets. All of these photos were shot on my 1 hour break from Topman that obviously went over a bit lol , creativity cannot be timed.

Trav: Sometime around this time last year, i had a sudden urge for khaki colored jeans. I wasn’t really looking but someone must have heard my prays because not long after Uniqlo release their T-001 Khaki jeans. I copped with the quickness and rocked them like their was no tomorrow. I eventually got the second, but darker T-000 Khaki colored jeans that Uniqlo introduced a few months after the initial pairs were long gone. These are single handily two of my most favorite jeans, especially for the spring. Such a clean look that you can get out of these. They go really well with most stuff and what doesn’t really blend well with one shade, usually blends with the other, that’s the beauty about different shades of khaki, it can really change the look of an entire outfit. I also have a really dark metallic brown shade that i purchased through Topman. I am currently in the market for another pair, this time of higher quality, possibly in a light shade like the one pictured below. I swear, it never stops.

JKISSI : What can I say ? , It’s been a quick twenty years to say the least. I’m glad at this point of my life where I couldn’t possibly predict this five years ago. The middle child of four the thought of me turning twenty was always something distant from my mind thinking I would never turn twenty years old. My family has this old tradition where they wake me up singing happy birthday at the loudest voices possible, annoying when I was a kid it was, kind of pleasant to the ears right now because its history. Shout out to my crazy African family, Ghana specifically ehhhhh!. It does suck I have to go to work today , but I will be good. Signing out

Peace.
