Kanye West “Love Lockdown”
JKISSI : Kanye West performed his next single “Love Lock Down” at the VMA’s last night, probably the only good thing that happened him and Rhianna during T.I’s performance (lol). To be honest when I first saw the performance the singing on the verses caught me off guard and me and Trav where debating what we thought of the song after his performance. I know that its not the epitome of rap/hip-hop in the way it sounds, but as a musician myself I have to appreciate different forms of music. Now that I’ve listened to it more and more I have to say I like the song. The lyrics are pretty emotional talking about the breakup with his fiancee’ and I can’t hate on that. It’s something new and different lets see what happens next. I just hope his next album isn’t too rushed.

Honestly, at first I was caught off guard by him singing and didn’t care for it much. I ended up downloading the VMA rip like everyone else, listened to it again and I love it. This instantly caught my attention, “No more wastin’ time, we can’t wait for life
which is wastin’ time, wheres the finish line”
I truthfully like the song, but i feel he made it out of desperateness to win his girl back over (him singing). Its like he just decided 2 days before the VMA to make that song and use it to perform.
I’m just stoppin’ by to show some love via “anythingblack”. I really dig your photos. Did you take them, and if so, what type of cam do you use for I’m also beginning to become interested in photography. Thanks a bunch!
