JKISSI : Over at our friends Fashionisto they dedicated a whole week to staples of clothing and elaborating on each one. I love this blog to be honest, check it about everyday. In my opinion, It’s difficult finding a male aimed fashion blog, that really is informative in everything. This site does that.

JKISSI : I agree with them 100% here, only input I’d have to say is… if you can’t afford A.P.C even though the quality is real good and prices are reasonable, maybe save up ,or head to Uniqlo this Fall & Winter probably some similar pieces, but for a much lower price. This is basically a fantastic guide for the Fall / Winter Outerwear, and I want to thank Carl for giving us the permission to use this article.
Fashionisto : “I recommend owning at least one dress coat and one casual jacket in a solid color that compliments the majority of your wardrobe. A good staple coat can be dressed up or down depending on what you’re wearing underneath, while a casual jacket is great for throwing on with a pair of jeans.
When purchasing these pieces, it is very important to take into consideration the intended use of outerwear. If you know that you need protection from the cold, you should be looking for outerwear made of wool. If you are just looking for a jacket for that windy day, you are going to want to look for cotton or a synthetic blend of man produced materials like polyester.
Your intial purchases should be geared towards what you need immediately. Once that is done and you have some room to build your wardrobe more freely, I recommend owning two jackets and two coats; one light weight, and one heavy for each. This is also the point, where you can get creative and venture into the world of patterns, prints, etc.
For starting out, I definitely recommend taking a look at A.P.C., who has reasonably priced outerwear. Also, if you’re looking to pick up some extra pieces that are not necessary at the moment, wait until February when the price of outerwear is slashed tremendously.
Ending this piece, I’ll give you an example of a wardrobe, by listing what outerwear I have. In my wardrobe, I have one black wool coat, one blue wool duffel, one plaid (earth tones: brown, olive green, etc.) coat, one red cropped peacoat, and two oversized blazers that double as jackets. I recently had a lightweight military inspired jacket, but had to ditch it, because it was way too big. I will be on the hunt for a jacket this season that fits the criteria of this post. Happy shopping!
JKISSI : Whats up guys another graff piece this week, way better then the last one. This is a tattoo shop in the Bronx, and I guess it helps to have sick graff outside graffed by their own artist in the shop. So if you really like it check out the shop they’re really good and known around NYC for it.

Location : The Bronx (Fordham Road)
JKISSI : Another week, another video we bring to you guys. I’ve been bumping this song religiously for the past few weeks, so I thought why not be the video of the week. IWW was Nas’ second classic album and this song is definitely in that category. The great vine says that Nas was actually dissing 2Pac and Biggie in this song with the line “Fake thug, no love, you get the slug, CB4 gusto, your luck blow” aimed at Pac. Also the lines “There’s one life, one love, so there can only be one King.” challenged Biggie for the King of New York title. Like I said previously I don’t know if there is any truth to this, it’s what I heard on the streets at that time.
Nas – The Message
“Yo, overnight thugs, bug cause they ain’t promised shit
Hungry-ass hooligans stay on that piranha shit” jesus lol
