JKISSI : Here is in my opinion one of the best songs/videos Fugees ever came out with. I’m not a die hard fan of the Fugees like Travis, but I recognize real music when I hear it. They were like the quintessential hip-hop group bringing real music to the table. I remember when this song dropped people use to bump it all day and now we wish the Fugees could come back together, because hip-hop is basically in a state of emergency. It will get better hopefully.

Lauryn Hill has always been an ingenious artist and songwriter. The Fugees were an extremely dynamic group. I was absolutely heartbroken when they disbanded. But some good did come out of the break up: Lauryn Hill’s wrote perhaps the best soul album ever. She is one of the only artists I know that had a first solo album with so many hits. To think of an album like that now is almost impossible.
